  • Research related topics
  • Create different digital content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletter and whatever required in English and Arabic language.
  • Take the full account responsibility of, preparing content, posting, building social community, preparing reports,…
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of client’s social content through basic SEO techniques.
  • Organize and coordinate the content life cycle between social media and other relevant content creators, and engages other business partners in the implementation of these activities.
  • Ensure that all information broadcast on social media channels, across all brand pages, complies with brand image requirements and is safe for public disclosure.
  • Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on company website and social media platforms, including tweets, posts and discussion.
  • Proactively interacting with online communities across all platforms
  • Conduct, gather, and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and Monitor trends in social media tools, technologies, platforms and strategies to determine approaches that best support our customer segments.
  • Ensure processes are regularly updated, optimized and communicated.
  • Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels.
  • Support launching digital campaigns over (Facebook, twitter, Instagram,) when required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Needed: 1 to 3 years
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Both English and Arabic skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
